Shipping Policy 

1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • In case of high order volume or special circumstances (e.g., customs inspection, stock shortage), processing time may be extended. We will notify you promptly in such cases.

2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Time
We offer multiple shipping options to accommodate customers from different countries and regions:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time 7-20 business days, available for most countries.
  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery time 3-7 business days, available for selected countries (e.g., the U.S., major European countries).
  • Economy Shipping: Estimated delivery time 15-30 business days, mainly for certain remote areas (e.g., South America, Africa).

⚠️ Delivery times may vary depending on destination, shipping provider, and customs clearance. Delays may occur during peak seasons or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Partners
We collaborate with leading international logistics providers, including DHL, UPS, FedEx, 4PX, Yanwen, Cainiao, ePacket, China Post EMS, and more. We select the most suitable carrier based on order details.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email or on the order details page.
  • You can track your package on the shipping carrier’s website or global tracking platforms such as 17TRACK.

5. Customs Duties & Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to import duties, customs taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
  • Please check your country’s import policies before placing an order to avoid unexpected costs.

6. Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • If your order has not arrived 30 days after the estimated delivery time, please contact us, and we will assist you in tracking your shipment.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, customs delays). However, we will do our best to assist you.

7. Return & Exchange Policy

  • Due to high international shipping costs, we do not accept returns for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, dislike).
  • If you receive a defective or damaged item due to shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item and provide photos as proof. We will offer a suitable solution (refund or replacement).

8. Supported Shipping Countries & Restrictions

  • We ship to most countries worldwide. However, due to logistics restrictions, we currently do not ship to certain regions, including North Korea, Iran, Syria, Venezuela, and specific areas in Ukraine.
  • If your address falls outside our shipping coverage, we will notify you and cancel your order.
